    Yes, your health is of paramount importance to us. We do not supply medicines without uploading valid prescriptions.

    Currently, we operate from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.

  •  Which cities does OshudPattha deliver orders to?

    At present, we deliver orders in Dhaka city only. We will be starting our services in other cities soon.

  •  Are medicines sold by authentic?

    Yes, we only deliver branded medicines. We practice zero tolerance towards medicines or medicines that are of substandard quality. Our systems constantly monitor announcements on banned and substandard medicines to weed it out from our inventory immediately.

  •  Will my purchase details (historical medical data) be secured?

    Yes, all purchase and order transaction are secured. Please refer to our privacy policy.

  •  How do I place an order on

    Ordering on app is very easy. Please follow the following steps to place an order:
    • Download app from your google play store for android
    • Open the app, register and verify your contact#
    • Upload the prescription(s)
    • Our Pharmacist will call you to confirm the order
    • The order will be consolidated and delivered to your address
    • Pay to the delivery person

  •  How is my order processed at

    On receiving your order, our pharmacists will contact you to confirm the order. The order will be dispensed by our approved registered pharmacists as per the prescription provided and will be delivered to your door step at scheduled time.

  • Can I order medicines which are not in prescription?

    We require scanned/uploaded prescriptions to dispense the required medicines. However if the order has medicines which do not need prescriptions we will be able to dispense the same without a prescription.

  •  Is it possible to track orders?

    Yes, we will provide order updates through SMS on the mobile number provided during ordering. You can also call our customer care at 01701-771820 to know the status of your order.

  •  Can I schedule my order as per my convenient time?

    Yes, you can schedule your order as per your convenient time by informing the customer care team during order confirmation.

  •  What do I do if some medicines are missing in my order?

    During the delivery process, we ensure that you verify all the contents of your order and confirm whether it is as per the prescription/ordered quantities. In a highly unlikely scenario of a medicine missing in the order, please inform the delivery person or call the customer care team to get the issue resolved.

  •  My uploaded prescription got rejected. What might be the reasons?

    Please follow the following dos and don’ts for prescription submission as per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act


    Do upload prescription photo copies/scans and please ensure your prescriptions have the following:
    1. Date
    2. Doctor’s Name
    3. Patient’s Name & Age
    4. Dosage Information
    5. Duration of the course
    6. Strength of the medicine
    7. Signature of the doctor

    In case any of the above are incomplete in your prescription, please contact your Doctor to get it rectified.


    1. Don’t upload prescriptions which are more than a year old
    2. Don’t upload previous bills as a substitute for prescriptions

  •  How long will take to deliver my order?

    We deliver at pre-agreed timeslots for the prescriptions uploaded using app. Generally the medicines are delivered within 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours

  •  Can I reschedule my delivery? If yes, then when and how?

    Order delivery can be rescheduled by calling the customer care at 01701-771820.

  • What happens if I am not available at the delivery address?

    Our delivery team will contact you on your registered phone number and reschedule the delivery if necessary.

  •  Which cities does OshudPattha deliver orders to?

    At present, we deliver orders in Dhaka City only. We will be starting our services in other cities soon.

  •  How can I pay for my order?

    Currently we only support Cash on Delivery. Please pay the delivery person the amount you received as SMS or shown in the OshudPattha app. We will introduce debit/credit card and popular wallets like bKash, Nagad soon.

  •  When will I know my bill amount?

    Your order amount will be informed to you through SMS once your order is entered into our system. You can also see your order details in the OshudPattha app.

Cancellations, Return and Refund
  • How can I Cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order while it is processing stage. If the order has been consolidated, means we purchased products for you, or delivery is in progress, the order cannot be cancelled.

  •  How can I place a return request?

    Orders once confirmed, consolidated and delivered cannot be returned. here.
